About the Role:
ARU has been chosen as the academic partner to deliver a University in Peterborough. ARU Peterborough, with long term investments approaching £100 million and delivered in partnership with the Mayoral Authority of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and Peterborough City Council, will provide transformational and inclusive higher education for the city and region.
As part of this exciting project, we are seeking to grow our team with the appointment of a Lecturer (Full or fractional) with expertise in Business Management. We are particularly interested in supplementing our team with experience of undergraduate and post-graduate course development and experience of distance/online/blended learning, work-based learning, and degree apprenticeship delivery.
The post holder will play a vital role in the development and delivery of a new suite of industry-ready degrees, distance learning, and short courses. You will develop relationships with industry and use these to support curriculum development and enhance the student experience.
With a Doctorate (or soon to complete a doctorate) and experience of Business Management in practice, we are looking for a team player with a proven track record in course design, teaching and industrial application. You will be able to work to tight deadlines, working independently with minimum supervision and liaising closely with senior colleagues from our partners and key stakeholders.
